Needed a ride for my son who was returning to Portland during the recent snow storm. Could not make a reservation with any of the cab companies who recommended calling when he arrived and expecting at least a 1 hour wait. Uber was charging 4 times normal rate because of snow and limited number of drivers. I made a reservation with MCS who charged their standard rate. Dan was on time at the airport, but the plane was delayed by 30 minutes.. Dan was available by phone and via text., He waited until my son arrived and drove him safely back to the University of Portland in snowy, icy conditions. I was so relieved to know that my son was safe and taken care of during this unusual Portland snow storm. MCS provided exceptional service and communication during this unusual Portland snow storm..
